Although I could not be present at the time of inspection, I received a 30‑page report about every aspect of the home I'm buying, and it was emailed to me within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. The report not only contained things that needed immediate attention, it also listed things that needed to be monitored for future attention. It also listed minor items that could easily be overlooked by a home buyer. I feel the inspection was very thorough and helped me make the right decision when purchasing our home.
